Sub-Quest: Gather Required Documents

• Proof of Applicant's Powers: Find the document showing Sam is the legal representative of Mantics.
• Patent Registration(s): Locate any patent documents, if applicable.

Sub-Quest: Forge the Master Pitch Deck (Critical!)

• Prove "Innovation" - Novelty & Originality: Add a competitor analysis slide showing how Mantics is new and different.
• Prove "Innovation" - Impact: Include slides with metrics/projections showing the positive impact of Mantics.
• Prove "Innovation" - R&D Process: Add a slide describing your R&D process, activities, and investments (including time).
• Prove "Scalability" - Low Marginal Cost: Explain how your business model allows for massive growth without massive cost increases.
• Prove "Scalability" - Technology Core: Explicitly list the key technologies you use (AI, Cloud, BioTech, etc.).
• Final Polish: Convert the final Pitch Deck to PDF, ensuring it is under 2MB.

Sub-Quest: Prepare Form Information

• Gather all personal and company details (NIF, NIPC, Contact Info, Website, etc.) in a text file for easy copy-pasting.

Step 1: Submit the "Prior Declaration" Request

• Fill & Submit the Form: Use the link from the April 21st email to fill out the form with your prepared info and upload your Master Pitch Deck. Make sure you get a confirmation email or a success message on screen.
• Save Confirmation: Take a screenshot or save the confirmation email as a PDF. You will need this for the next step.

Step 2: Formally Respond to the Denial (By Deadline!)

• Submit Official Portal Response: Log in to gov.pt, navigate to the denial notice, and submit your formal response. State that you have applied for the Prior Declaration and attach the confirmation you saved in the previous step. This is the final step to meet the July 28 deadline and officially link your actions.
